Three Leadership Skills Seen In Today's New Leaders
How does one know they want to pursue a leadership path? It is one thing to imagine yourself in a leadership role; however, many who decided this in the wake of the pandemic will sure have quite a story to tell someday when they talk about their path into leadership!
Usually, I coach people in CEO and executive roles; however, the opportunity to coach more leaders of all levels in the pandemic world is evidence, I believe, that many people in all leadership roles are digging deeper into their own growth—regardless of their experience. In my coaching sessions, three remarkable attributes emerged in the unique journeys of new leaders; these really stood out for me as a coach because they captured my curiosity about how this can inform leadership development in the pandemic world.
