Linda Allen-Hardisty, M.Ed., MCC

International award winner and experienced leader, Linda Allen-Hardisty has built a reputation as a vibrant voice in the Canadian business community by blending her grounding organizational development with a practical approach to delivering solutions. She is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) with over 3,000 hours of experience coaching executives, leaders, and teams. What makes this designation rare is that only 4% of coaches in 136 countries and territories hold the MCC designation. Linda is the first MCC in the provinces of Saskatchewan and Manitoba.

Her diverse industry experience spans a wide variety of clients in Canada’s public and private sectors. Prior to private practice, her corporate leadership experience included serving as Director of Organizational Development in a company listed on the Hewitt Top 50 Employers in Canada and becoming the first Manager of Strategy responsible for strategy management leadership of a municipal government undertaking cultural transformation.

Linda is a lead facilitator for the Organizational Development Program at Queens University IRC. She is a published author with Forbes Coaches Council, Brainz Magazine, and Queens University IRC and a sought-after speaker for leadership and emotional intelligence.
