Flourishing is a term psychologists use to refer to a state of optimal human functioning in which we feel engaged, open, purposeful, self-accepting, resilient, robust, motivated, and satisfied.   It is the opposite of languishing- the all too familiar feeling of hollowness, emptiness, and being stuck in a rut".  This phrase got me thinking about the past 6 months for me.... I feel like for the first time in a long time, I have found myself flourishing.  To be honest, every single one of those positive adjectives felt familiar to me. If I go back a year, the feeling of languishing was one that was overwhelming.  I know that a lot has gone into this transformation, but I wanted to acknowledge the impacts of your coaching in my current state of being.
