The coaching process provided me with the tools to discover different facets of myself as a leader at a critical time where my role was being expanded. It helped me confidently walk through that transition period, gave me insights on my strengths and a safe place to work on my weaknesses. I feel so grateful for my time with Linda and the guidance her coaching provided.
