I do want to say your support was incredibly helpful and you were personally supportive through some tough times. Things feel better, and I’m better able to see that some of the challenges that I have with others are not always up to me to fix, and that others hold some of the responsibility for making things work. And sometimes they won't do that, and that's on them. It takes some of the sense of failure out of my experience and I can keep the focus on what I am able to do.

Flourishing is a term psychologists use to refer to a state of optimal human functioning in which we feel engaged, open, purposeful, self-accepting, resilient, robust, motivated, and satisfied. It is the opposite of languishing- the all too familiar feeling of hollowness, emptiness, and being stuck in a rut". This phrase got me thinking about the past 6 months for me.... I feel like for the first time in a long time, I have found myself flourishing. To be honest, every single one of those positive adjectives felt familiar to me. If I go back a year, the feeling of languishing was one that was overwhelming. I know that a lot has gone into this transformation, but I wanted to acknowledge the impacts of your coaching in my current state of being. Thanks again.... five star rating.
